Accessibility Statement.

filmIQ is committed to making its website and products usable by the broadest possible audience. Last updated May 2026.

Our commitment.

filmIQ aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as a baseline expectation rather than an optional feature, and we test against it as we build.

What we do.

We design filmiq.ai for keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and sufficient color contrast against our dark theme. We use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, and alt attributes for meaningful images. The font sizes and line heights on this site are chosen to support comfortable reading, and the typography responds to browser-level zoom up to 200% without breaking layout.

The telemetry product (the Production Pulse and the dashboard) is built with the same accessibility principles. Practitioner usability under varied operational conditions is one of the binding design constraints for the product.

Known limitations.

We will be honest about where we are not yet meeting our own standard.

This site is in an active build-out phase. Some interactive elements may not yet have full ARIA labelling. Some embedded social and content links rely on third-party services (Substack, LinkedIn) whose accessibility is governed by those services. As we continue developing, additional accessibility testing and remediation are part of the standing work.

Feedback.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on filmiq.ai or in the telemetry product, please write to info@filmiq.ai. We commit to acknowledging your message within five business days and to working with you on a path to resolution.

Standards we reference.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States). The European Accessibility Act, where applicable.

This statement reflects filmIQ's current accessibility posture and will be updated as our practices and the underlying products evolve.
